| These
speedometers are designed to be mounted behind your control panel with
a cutout to see the speed display. They come with sensors to mount in
the roadbed at specific distances apart for each scale - which makes it
work for all scales. There are two versions:
one that senses the speed at only one spot on the layout (TDP-TS1),
another that can sense speeds from four places around the layout (TDP-TS4).
These sensors require light to make them work, so they will not work
in night-time settings unless some sort of light is provided for them.
12-volt external power is required. Either our UPT
or Digitrax's PS12 will do the job. |
