There is no on/off toggle switch
or pilot light, so the only way to turn it on and off is to unplug
and replug it - unless you have a receptacle that is controlled by
a wall switch. The PS515 is overload protected. If it is overloaded,
it will shut down. To reset it unplug it, wait a while (until it resets),
then plug it back in.
This power supply is good only for
up to five-amp boosters running on the HO scale setting. 15 VAC will
cause boosters running on N scale to run hotter than needed. 15 VAC at five amps is not enough for O/G scale.
